Requirements

• MSc or PhD in a science or engineering field (e.g., electrical engineering, photonics, applied physics, applied math). • 4+ years of experience in software engineering, applied AI, forward deployed engineering, or solution engineering roles. • Strong programming experience, primarily in Python (scientific computing, workflow orchestration, API integration) • Hands-on experience with modern AI tools (LLMs, APIs, agentic systems, orchestration frameworks). • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; a highly effective listener; able to work directly with engineers, engineering managers, and enterprise stakeholders. • Demonstrated experience working directly with customers or internal stakeholders to deliver technical solutions. • Possess a naturally friendly, helpful and collaborative attitude, acting a true partner to customers • Hands-on experience building agentic AI solutions using modern frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Pydandic, LlamaIndex, Ray, Prefect, or similar) • Experience with EDA-style environments or hardware–software co-design. • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, APIs, and deployment workflows. • Ability to design solutions that connect device-level physics, circuit-level constraints, and system-level automation. • Familiarity with enterprise deployment models (cloud, hybrid, on-prem) and HPC or cluster-based compute environments. • Experience working with research teams, applied scientists, or R&D organizations on production software.
