• Bring a strong POV – articulate pros / cons of ideas based on research, user data, or other reasoning. Vocal on strategy, biz acumen, and empathy for users. Estimate design time when tasked on multiple projects.
• Autonomously ship features from 0 - 1 with high bar for IA, UX, UI, final visuals.
