Requirements

• Hands-on experience with tools like Front, Google Sheets/Excel, Zapier, Customer.io, or no-code automation • Strong written communication and attention to detail • Comfortable owning operational processes end-to-end • Able to strategize, market and speak to multiple audiences — from doctors to leads to employees of partner companies • Healthcare or lifecycle experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Write and send 2-3 marketing emails/month • Execute daily SMS outreach to warm leads using Metabase, Customer.io, Front, and Zapier workflows • Manage inbound replies, respond to patients, and escalate issues appropriately • Track performance (responses, conversions, opt-outs) and maintain data hygiene • Collaborate with Growth, Ops, Marketing, and Support to improve lifecycle flows • Support iterative testing of cadence, copy, and follow-up strategies
