Requirements
• This is an intense, hands-on role with full ownership. We expect you to push for excellence and raise the bar. • 📍 Location: Remote with overlap to our New York City HQ (EST) • WHERE YOU'LL CREATE IMPACT • Set up and own the mobile architecture and development process those other developers to come • Eventually manage a team • Control from end-to-end the application procedure and code practices • Manage builds, store submission, OTA updates, releases • WHAT SETS YOU UP FOR SUCCESS • Hardcore work ethic and high agency • shipped and maintained at least one production app end-to-end • at least +4 years with React Native (or native iOS/Android + fast RN ramp) with Expo experience • At least +5 years with Typescript • Comfortable with Expo + EAS (Build, Submit, Update) • Owned a full store release cycle: signing/provisioning, TestFlight (iOS) & internal tracks, review back-and-forth • Solid mobile perf instincts (Hermes is a nice to have) • Shipped something with real scale (offline-first, 100k+ users) • Has written or patched a native module (Swift/Kotlin) • Mobile observability • Active github • HOW YOU OPERATE • Pragmatic: you like to move forward and make decisions based in reality (not theory).
