Requirements

Responsibilities
• · Utilize telephonic outreach and engagement strategies to contact patients and caregivers, explain Atlas services, and support enrollment into the Atlas program. • · Effectively communicate Atlas services and address patient or caregiver concerns. • · Represent Atlas professionally to patients, caregivers, and oncology partners. • · Coordinate with the local outreach team to support telephonic outreach to engaged and non-engaged patients. • · Leverage reports and dashboards to prioritize telephonic outreach to prospective patients. • · Successfully meet and/or exceed engagement monthly targets. • · Provide inbound call support for the clinic as needed, including routing calls to the appropriate team member. • · Support other clinic administrative tasks as assigned, including referral routing and medical record-related tasks. • Reporting: This role will report to the Operations Director
