Requirements
• 5+ years of engineering management experience, including leading senior engineers and owning complex technical domains or multiple teams. • Strong technical depth with the ability to engage in architectural discussions, coach on engineering best practices, and confidently represent technical tradeoffs in cross functional forums. • Experience operating in a fast paced, high growth SaaS environment where you’ve balanced strategic planning with hands on delivery and execution. • Demonstrated success partnering closely with Product and Design in a triad model, including advocating for technical investments and translating engineering work into customer impact. • Experience navigating ambiguity, driving change, and building empowered, accountable team cultures. A starting salary below this typically indicates a candidate with strong potential who is still developing key skills.
