Requirements
• 6–8+ years of experience in Pre-Sales, Solution Consulting, or Technical Product Enablement within SaaS or enterprise software • Strong exposure to multi-country payroll, HRIS platforms, or regulatory-driven SaaS environments • Demonstrated experience managing complex tenders, RFPs, and POCs at scale • Deep understanding of enterprise buying cycles and stakeholder dynamics • Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Implementation, and QA teams • Excellent communication skills—able to break down complex systems and present them clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences • Highly organised and capable of managing multiple deals, demos, and deadlines simultaneously • Self-starter, detail-driven, and deeply committed to product accuracy and customer trust • Comfortable navigating high-pressure sales environments and adapting quickly to shifting timelines or solution requirements • Willingness to travel for client workshops, training, or regional team support
