Requirements
• 10+ years in Product Management, with significant experience in Capital Markets or Institutional Digital Assets. • 10+ years in Product Management, • The Bridge Ability: Proven track record of speaking "Trader" (alpha, Greeks, liquidity) and "Developer" (APIs, latency, smart contracts) fluently. • The Bridge Ability: • DeFi & Web3 Native Preferred: Deep understanding of on-chain mechanics (staking, AMMs, MEV) and how they intersect with traditional financial reporting and risk management. • DeFi & Web3 Native Preferred: • Diplomatic Leadership: Exceptional stakeholder management skills; able to influence high-performing Desk Heads and align them toward a shared platform vision. • Diplomatic Leadership: • Strategic Architect: Experience moving organizations away from fragmented, desk-specific "shadow IT" toward modular, unified system architectures. • Strategic Architect: • Entrepreneurial Drive: Thrives in a high-velocity environment where the rules of the market are still being written. • Entrepreneurial Drive: • Our recruitment philosophy • We value self-awareness and powerful communication skills in our recruitment process.
