DEPT® - Senior Adobe Project Manager
Requirements
• Strong foundational project management skills delivering digital marketing implementation projects for a software vendor (or mixed vendor / customer background) • Demonstrated project management experience with experience in Digital Marketing & Automation, Campaign or Content Management solutions • Experience in implementing Adobe solutions: AEM, AEP, and ideally other solutions like Campaign, Commerce • Ability to handle large single projects or multiple concurrent smaller projects • Outstanding at problem-solving, with expertise in risk management, prioritization, and delivering presentations up to the Executive level within an organization • Experience in delivering projects using an agile methodology, e.g. SCRUM • A professional project management qualification & business consulting background • Minimum of 6 years project management experience in the industry • Ability to work with virtual internal teams across geographies and time zones & full fluency in English. Other European languages is a plus.
Responsibilities
• Lead teams in scoping activities to identify, gather and analyze requirements, define key business drivers and define an effective and innovative solution • Management of end-to-end project life cycle: effort estimation, scope management, planning, monitoring and execution (including risks management, budget, timeline and others) and related reporting • Management of project resourcing and commercials including forecasting, time management and invoicing • Project communication to client and/or partner and internally • Accountable for ensuring projects are delivered to quality standards • Customer focus and results driven - help customer to succeed in their digital transformation journey by providing mentorship, industry leading practices and advice on Adobe Marketing and Commerce Solutions • Active participation in PMO practice development
