Requirements

Responsibilities
• Design, implement, and maintain core Microsoft platforms and configurations. • Act as the SME for Microsoft technologies, providing expert technical leadership. • Represent ICT in internal engagements, capturing requirements and shaping solutions. • Support day-to-day operations, migration, and reduction of on-premises infrastructure. • Provide senior technical escalation for legacy and complex infrastructure solutions. • Deliver technical guidance and mentoring across the wider ICT team. • Act as a global escalation point for 1st- and 2nd-line support, including out-of-hours. • Work closely with Project and ICT teams to ensure seamless end-to-end system delivery. • Create and maintain clear technical and support documentation. • Partner with Security to ensure compliance with ISO security standards.
