• A passion for all aspects of design, including conceptual thinking, typography, motion, copy, and imagery. • Lead brand projects starting with research, including trends and competitor analysis and identifying whitespace opportunities. • Define and develop innovative, compelling and interactive brands, digital experiences, and concepts in collaboration with design leads, brand strategists, and clients. • Establish design systems, style guidelines for type, color usage, patterns, UI, iconography, illustration, motion, 3D, photography and videography. • Create and deliver presentations and written rationales for internal critiques and client-facing reviews Experience presenting work and interfacing with clients • Design wireframes, screens, and prototypes to illustrate product behavior in relation to interaction, 3D, and motion. • Experience designing new, innovative layouts and designs that scale and flex across different platforms, including web, mobile, presentations, etc. • A user-centric design approach, as evidenced by considerations for accessibility, technology platforms, and contextual storytelling. • Experience designing interactive websites utilizing three.js, WebGL, React Three Fiber, Unity, Unreal Engine, GSAP • Strong leadership and teamwork skills — the ability to work with Design Directors and Creative Directors, as well as the confidence and skill to communicate ideas clearly • Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, Cinema 4D • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field • Bonus: Design and animate 2D & 3D objects, characters, props, and environments in varying project styles.
