Requirements
• Self-starter; someone who can manage and execute projects to completion. You have a bias for action. • Strong analytical skills – proficiency in modeling, basic SQL is a plus; comfortable using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot) to augment analysis and accelerate output. You are able to synthesize complex data into actionable recommendations • Maintain a careful balance between attention to detail and swift execution • Thrive with ambiguity • Team player; collaborates and influences effectively with cross-functional team members across the organization • Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred. • 4-8 years of professional experience in consulting, finance, strategy, business development or operations experience • Strong analytical and execution background - demonstrated experience gathering data from various sources and driving strategic insight and decision-making • Proficiency with AI productivity tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, or similar) to streamline research, writing, and analysis • Management consulting experience at a top firm strongly is a plus • A strong interest in Angi, home services, marketplaces and product-driven organizations • We value diversity • We know that the best ideas come from teams where diverse points of view uncover new solutions to hard problems. Responsibilities
• Independently steward key strategic initiatives (or critical work streams within it) from initial concept and business case, through execution and success measurement — using AI tools to speed up research, modeling, and synthesis • Alongside an all-star team of peers and stakeholders, steer quantitative and qualitative research efforts into financial and operational drivers of Pro success and inform decision-making. • Provide regular updates on project progress, including measurable outcomes • Develop clear presentations summarizing findings and recommendations, leveraging AI tools to structure and refine communication efficiently • Establish effective communication channels for ongoing collaboration • Develop relationships with 3rd party business partners • Design and program manage joint partnership initiatives (e.g., integrations, go to market) • Build the playbook for sales and account management to materially improve partnership efficacy and economics • Provide thought partnership to the National Accounts Sales teams, in addition to cross-functional partners • Program manage large strategic changes that involve many teams and span multiple months, building cross-functional buy-in and collaboration, and providing updates and impact to senior leadership • Ensure smooth implementation and adaptation to new strategies
Benefits
• The salary band for this position ranges from $110,000 - $165,000 commensurate with experience and performance.
