Requirements
• Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to improve efficiency, quality, and decision-making in day-to-day work. • Proven ability to operate effectively with a global-first mindset • Experience in Scale: 5+ years of experience in sales, marketing, operations, with a proven track record of driving process automation and operational transformation. At least 1+ years of experience focused on applied AI, Generative AI, or intelligent automation. • Deep AI & Automation Expertise: Strong understanding of LLM capabilities and limitations, AI agents, workflow automation, prompt engineering, and orchestration frameworks. Responsibilities
• Strategic Process Mapping: Partner with teams across the Supply organization to identify high-friction workflows, operational bottlenecks, and high-impact opportunities for AI and automation. • AI-Driven Transformation: Translate emerging AI capabilities, including Generative AI, AI agents, copilots, workflow automation, and predictive analytics into scalable solutions that improve productivity, supplier experience, and business outcomes. • Solution Design & Automation: Design, prototype, and implement AI-powered solutions, automation that streamline workflows, eliminate manual effort, and enable teams to scale more effectively. • Full-Lifecycle Ownership: Lead automation initiatives from discovery and business case development through implementation, adoption, measurement, and continuous improvement. • Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with Product, Engineering, Data, Legal, Security, Compliance, and operational stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and sustainable AI solutions.
