Responsibilities
• In this role, you will lead a multi-disciplinary team of engineers across various platforms. You will report to a Senior Engineering Manager or Engineering Director, helping to shape the future of our three-sided marketplace. • Lead and grow a multi-disciplinary team of Backend, iOS, Android, and Web engineers, fostering a diverse and high-achieving environment. • Lead and grow a multi-disciplinary team • Drive technical and product strategy by setting clear project goals, guiding implementation choices, and ensuring your team hits group-level metrics. • Drive technical and product strategy • Champion a learning culture through active mentorship, helping engineers and emerging leaders accelerate their careers. • Champion a learning culture • Scale our engineering practices by implementing processes and values that improve team efficiency and code quality. • Scale our engineering practices • Maintain technical engagement by contributing to code reviews and technical design, ensuring the health and observability of your team's systems. • Maintain technical engagement
