Senior Program Recruiter (Contract)

• This role is a 6 month, 40 hour/week contract position, with the possibility of contract extension, based on need. • A day in the life • Facilitate full cycle recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, scheduling, and team coordination through to offer • Provide white glove candidate experience and communications • Generate and execute active and passive sourcing strategies to target high quality candidates, at volume • Utilize creative sourcing strategies, including posting to relevant job boards and LinkedIn • Maintain and track candidate pipelines in Greenhouse • Process offers and track hires through Worksuite • Provide weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting and provide solutions to improve time-to-hire, sourcing techniques and overall process improvement • 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in a high-volume, contract or contingent talent environment. • Proven track record of developing and executing sophisticated sourcing strategies to build high-quality candidate pipelines at scale. • Demonstrated ability to identify and implement process improvements to enhance recruitment efficiency and time-to-hire. • Advanced proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). • Exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple complex priorities simultaneously under pressure. • Stellar written and verbal communication, with strong relationship-building skills for engaging both candidates and internal teams. • Experience in recruiting for ed tech, higher ed, or specialized expert networks/content roles is a significant advantage. • Highly self-motivated, proactive, solution-oriented, and able to think critically and learn quickly, operating with a high degree of autonomy. • This role is remote and should be located in Latin America, compatible with the EST time zone.
