• You are an experienced litigator who enjoys complex disputes, working directly with clients, and taking ownership of your matters.
• An active California bar license and residence in California
• 7+ years of civil litigation experience, ideally including complex commercial, liability, or catastrophic injury matters
• Strong legal writing, including motion practice and pretrial filings
• Sound judgment, strong communication, and the ability to manage matters with a high degree of ownership
• An interest in serving outdoor recreation, sports, hospitality, and resort clients
