Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Legal Studies, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. • 1–2 years of experience in a legal assistant, paralegal, corporate administration, or similar support role is preferred. • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail. • Comfortable handling documentation, data entry, and administrative coordination tasks. • Good written and verbal communication skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment. • Prior exposure to corporate governance, legal administration, or company secretarial work is advantageous but not required. • Career Progression • Clear pathway toward Corporate Governance Administrator or Senior Corporate Services roles. • Opportunity to gain exposure to international corporate structures and governance processes. • Ongoing training, mentorship, and hands-on development within a global financial services group.
Responsibilities
• Assist with corporate administrative activities, including incorporations, corporate updates, and entity maintenance across multiple jurisdictions. • Prepare, organize, and maintain legal and corporate documentation, including resolutions, registers, annual returns, and governance records. • Update and monitor entity records and documentation within internal systems such as QCore. • Support the preparation and distribution of board packs, meeting materials, and corporate documents. • Assist with drafting meeting minutes, resolutions, and routine governance documentation. • Coordinate with internal stakeholders regarding governance-related documentation and administrative requests. • Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems for corporate records and legal documentation. • Track document submissions, renewal timelines, and governance-related action items. • Support process improvement and administrative efficiency initiatives within the Corporate Governance function.
