• Technical Project/Product Management: Experience managing technical projects, owning products, or backlogs (ideally for a systems, IT, or business applications team). • High Tech Fluency: While coding is not required, you must be able to quickly understand how different software platforms work and connect (e.g., via APIs), and be comfortable learning new systems on the fly. • Hands-On AI Experience: Demonstrated experience using AI tools (e.g., Claude, Gemini, Slackbot or similar) to solve real business problems. • Technical Communication: Strong ability to translate business needs into clear, well-organized technical tickets and requirements that developers can execute against. • Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to work across multiple business units, filter competing priorities, and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences. • Familiarity or direct experience with the Salesforce ecosystem and how it integrates with third-party tools. • Experience with Slackbot, Claude, Clay, Rovo and/or Gemini, including enterprise administration, workflow automation, or building Claude skills or agents for business use. • Experience writing technical tickets or requirements for software developers. • Familiarity with agile delivery frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) and tools like Jira or similar. • ## Personal Characteristics & Success Measures • Personal Characteristics • Proactive Problem-Solver: An innovative thinker who doesn't wait for direction but independently seeks out ways to optimize workflows and eliminate team bottlenecks. • Self-Motivated Learner: A self-starter who stays up to date on the rapidly changing landscape of AI capabilities, LLMs, and internal tool integrations. • Great Attention to Detail: Meticulous with project tracking, dependency mapping, and ensuring enterprise data compliance. • Collaborative Partner: Highly enthusiastic, high-energy, and ready to act as a true strategic member of our Business Systems team. • Success Measures • Clear, Actionable Tickets: Business Systems tickets are consistently well-scoped, clearly written, and ready for developers to act on with minimal clarification needed. • AI-Driven Impact: Deliver concrete examples of AI tools or workflows deployed to solve business problems and drive measurable improvements. • Bottleneck Reduction: Proactively identify and deploy automated or AI-driven solutions that reduce friction for stakeholders across the business. • Seamless Collaboration: Act as a reliable partner to both stakeholders and developers, keeping requests, tickets, and system updates moving forward smoothly. • Location/Travel • This remote role can be located anywhere in the United States of America.  Total travel could be up to 20%. The nature of the travel is being onsite at client events, which may include weekends, as well as postmortem and client-driven meetings.
