As a trusted leader in data management, integration, and analytics, our mission is to helping • businesses unlock the full potential of their data to drive better decision-making and innovation wherever it resides — • in the cloud, on-premises, or hybrid environments. • With a global team of experts and a culture of innovation, we’re dedicated to helping our customers solve their most • complex data challenges. • Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics,Industrial Engineering, or Computer Science. • Technical Familiarity: Prior experience with SQL or advanced Python libraries (such as Pandas or NumPy)for data manipulation. • Project Management Interest: A basic understanding of Agile or Waterfall methodologies and a desire toapply data science within a corporate PMO environment. • Analytical Mindset: Previous experience or coursework in predictive modeling, statistical analysis, ormachine learning. • Communication: Ability to present technical data structures to non-technical stakeholders clearly andeffectively. • Must be actively enrolled in a college degree program • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Responsibilities
• Automate Data Pipelines: Design and implement automated workflows using Python and Excel to ingest,clean, and normalize data from disparate sources like Jira. • Develop Predictive Dashboards: Build and maintain centralized KPI dashboards in Power BI or Tableau thatutilize built-in AI features for trend forecasting and schedule variance analysis. • Lead the PMO AI Capstone Project: Serve as the primary architect for the & AI-Ready KPI Dashboard;project, delivering a fully functional MVP that integrates historical project data with predictive modeling bythe end of the 12-week term. • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with project managers to define reporting requirements and translatecomplex data findings into actionable business insights for the final presentation. • Technical Documentation: Author a comprehensive & AI Maturity Roadmap; and technical guide to ensurethe sustainability and scalability of the automated systems post-internship.
