Requirements
• 5+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a management or lead role within a tech company (non-negotiable) • Demonstrated experience in B2B or B2C digital marketing, demand generation, and growth strategies • Strong proficiency with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, or similar) • Experience with CRM systems and pipeline reporting (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot CRM) • Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret analytics and translate insights into action • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail • Must have prior remote work experience, be fluent with remote collaboration tools and platforms (such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar), and have ideally worked with US or UK-based companies. Responsibilities
• Develop, own, and execute the company's marketing strategy across digital, content, email, social, and paid channels • Drive demand generation campaigns to support sales pipeline and revenue targets • Manage and optimize performance across SEO, SEM, paid social, and display advertising • Oversee content strategy and production including blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, and video content • Lead brand positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for new product launches • Collaborate closely with Sales and Product teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives • Manage the marketing budget, track ROI, and report on KPIs and campaign performance • Build and mentor a small marketing team or manage external agencies and freelancers as needed
