Requirements

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Engineers responsible for the timely and high quality delivery of a product or project • Leads the team in daily tasks, prioritizing tasks and making decisions based on changing business priorities • Structures and facilitates team workflow and development and operational processes • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and reflect them in the team’s technical requirements • Conduct 1-on-1s and performance evaluations with team members, takes responsibility for team output, and facilitates team evolution and member growth • Plans future resource requirements and conducts recruiting activities
