• Own portfolio management of 3–5 concurrent data center construction sites, each led on the ground by a Site Construction Engineer/Lead and Tenant Construction Representative
• Drive landlord shell acceptance through tenant fit-out (busway, RPP, racks, liquid loop and CDU integration) on schedule and budget across your portfolio
• Serve as the escalation point for schedule, cost, and quality risk across your sites, partnering with the Project Controls Manager on program-level tracking
• Coordinate with the Construction EHS Manager on safety program execution at each site
• Interface with Design Engineering and Commissioning to enforce the hard gate on BOD and drawing approval before construction proceeds
• Manage the seam into Startup and Turnover, ensuring construction-complete sites are handed off cleanly toward commissioning and integrated systems test
• Represent construction’s interest in landlord/lease delivery terms — acceptance criteria, commencement definitions, and schedule commitments — before disputes arise
• Report portfolio status, risk, and resourcing needs to the Director, Construction Delivery
