Requirements

• You have 2-5 years of experience in business development • You are curious about the world and enjoy building relationships. • Your grit and determination alone are inspirational as you seek to be the best in your field • You have extraordinary written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to tailor outreach to different audiences. • You have the ability to quickly grasp commercial context and understand the unique needs of different companies • You are highly organised, data-driven, and comfortable using CRM and outreach tools to manage your pipeline. • You have experience working in healthcare and/or a regulated industry.

Responsibilities

• We're looking for a business development representative to join our sales team and help deliver a world-class go-to-market. You will be responsible for: • Prospecting and qualifying inbound and outbound leads through cold outreach and targeted networking. • Building and maintaining a pipeline of high-quality prospects aligned with Scarlet’s ideal customer profile. • Managing qualification conversations to understand prospect needs and connect them with the right sales motion. • Collaborating with the rest of the commercial team to refine messaging, ICP targeting, and outreach strategies. • THE INTERVIEW PROCESS • (WE WILL LIKELY COLLAPSE 2/3 LATER-STAGE INTERVIEWS INTO ONE IN-PERSON SESSION) • 1.
