Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Energy Systems, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience managing technical programs and projects that include the PI System • Demonstrated success managing project budgets, schedules, and customer relationships. • Experience leading cross-functional technical teams. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Experience supporting critical infrastructure, utilities, energy, or industrial customers. • Ability to translate technical concepts into business and mission outcomes. • Ability to travel as required (up to 10%). • PMP certification. • Master's degree in Engineering Management, Systems Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.Experience with Operational Technology (OT), Industrial Control Systems (ICS), SCADA, or industrial data platforms. • Knowledge of cybersecurity, critical infrastructure protection, cloud platforms, data analytics, AI, or digital twins. • The posted salary range is a good-faith estimate. Actual compensation will be based on the selected candidate’s qualifications, experience, skills, and other job-related factors.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of multiple projects and task orders supporting critical infrastructure, operational technology, and data modernization initiatives. • Manage program scope, schedule, budget, risks, quality, and customer satisfaction. • Serve as the primary interface between customers, technical teams, and corporate leadership. • Develop and maintain trusted relationships with commercial and university customers. • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams consisting of engineers, cybersecurity specialists, and subject matter experts. • Drive operational excellence through effective planning, metrics, resource management, and quality assurance processes. • Identify opportunities to expand customer value through innovative technology solutions and strategic consulting. • Support proposal development and business development activities. • Help shape future CIP offerings in operational technology, industrial data systems, cybersecurity, AI-enabled analytics, and digital resilience. • Mentor team members and contribute to a culture of technical excellence, accountability, and continuous learning.
