Remote Senior NA Associate Distribution Manager Quality Control

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in engineering, sciences, construction, planning, landscape architecture, or a related field is preferred. An associate degree with equivalent experience will also be considered. • At least four years of experience supervising technical personnel, with a proven ability to lead through others and support teams across varying levels of experience. • 8+ years of technical experience in electrical distribution systems. • Strong background in process development and resource planning. • Proficiency in Visio and MS Project, a plus. • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills. • Ability to connect with all levels of an organization and foster a transparent, collaborative environment. • Actual compensation will vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, geographic location, skills, education, and internal equity.

Responsibilities
