Requirements
• Associate’s Degree required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred • Minimum of 4 years of HUD 232 and/or HUD MAP loan processing / project management experience required • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Outstanding problem-solving and time management skills • Self-motivated, self-directed, and results-oriented • Adaptable and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment • Can work independently and within a team; solution-oriented with a collaborative approach • The base pay range for this position is below. Responsibilities
• Responsible for maintenance of checklists, reviews of submitted exhibits, and detailed organization of collected documents • Coordinate information flow between borrower, borrower representatives, broker, and third-party vendors • Coordinate third-party invoices and contracts for each transaction • Maintain Forbright proprietary ‘Portal’ system and electronic control binder for each transaction • Prepare correspondence necessary to facilitate workflow • Maintain and organize market and industry data necessary for comprehensive underwriting • Assist with closings, as requested • Complete post-closing requirements in connection with Forbright’s HUD Quality Control Plan and/or Forbright internal requirements • Comply with all facets of Forbright’s HUD Quality Control Plan
