Requirements

Responsibilities
• Recruitment Leadership: Own full-cycle recruitment for both frontline clinical (LCSWs, LMFTs, LPCs) and corporate teams. Build sourcing pipelines and manage recruiting partners to ensure Atlas attracts top-tier behavioral health talent. • Culture & Engagement: Drive a culture of inclusion, connection, and mission alignment. Create programs that enhance employee satisfaction, recognition, and long-term retention. • HR Operations: Design and manage HR infrastructure including onboarding/offboarding, performance management, compensation philosophy, compliance, and employee relations. • Payroll & Benefits Administration: Partner with Atlas’s payroll provider and benefits broker to ensure accurate, compliant payroll and benefits delivery across a growing, multi-state workforce. • Leadership Partnership: Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and leadership team, providing strategic input on organizational design, people planning, and talent development. • Data-Driven Management: Develop KPIs and reporting to measure HR performance and tie people initiatives to business outcomes.
