Requirements
• You are: • A mixed-methods practitioner who is comfortable using both qualitative and quantitative approaches. • A data-informed thinker who can analyze trends, interpret metrics, and connect insights to outcomes. • A clear communicator who translates research findings into actionable recommendations. • Comfortable taking initiative and owning research for the teams you support. • A collaborative teammate who contributes to a growing research practice and supports shared learning. • A Bachelor's or Master's Degree with 5+ years of relevant experience in UX Research or a related field (e.g., UX Design, Product Management, Data & Analytics). • Examples of your UX research work demonstrating your approach and thinking. • Experience conducting end-to-end UX research across generative and evaluative phases. • Strong foundation in qualitative research methods, with exposure to quantitative approaches and analytics. • Ability to interpret data and metrics to inform product decisions. • Experience working with cross-functional product teams in a SaaS or digital product environment. • Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to present insights clearly and effectively. • Comfort working in complex or regulated environments (e.g., financial services, insurance) preferred.
Responsibilities
• Support End-to-End Research Across the Product Lifecycle • Partner with cross-functional teams to plan and execute research from discovery through post-launch. • Advocate for user-centered thinking. • Conduct foundational research to uncover user needs, behaviors, and pain points. • Design and run evaluative research to test concepts, prototypes, and live features. • Help define success metrics for features and experiences in partnership with Product and Data teams. • Measure post-launch success through user feedback, behavioral data, and performance metrics. • Identify opportunities for iteration and continuous improvement. • Contribute to Research Operations and Team Growth • Document and share research findings to make insights accessible and reusable. • Contribute to research repositories, templates, and best practices. • Support a culture of curiosity, learning, and continuous improvement.
