Requirements

• Sales Development Representative role with experience of 1-3 years and a track record of meeting/exceeding goals. • - High volume tolerance for an outbound sales environment with ambitious targets. • - Coachable attitude towards learning enterprise healthcare sales nuances. • - Metrics-driven approach to achsieving objectives, demonstrated by past performance in similar roles. • - Persistent and resilient nature that does not take rejections personally but knows when to follow up. • - Excellent written and verbal communication skills for articulating complex value propositions effectively. • - Proficiency with HubSpot CRM software, as it is used by the company. • - Curiosity about healthcare coupled with a motivation driven mission of improving patient outcomes (NICE TO HAVE).

Responsibilities

• Research target accounts to identify key decision-makers including CIOs, CMOs, and innovation leads. • - Craft personalized, compelling outreach across email, phone, and LinkedIn that cuts through the noise. • - Book qualified meetings for our Account Executive and SVP Business Development, Health Systems. • - Track activity and pipeline metrics religiously, using data to optimize your approach. • Develop deep knowledge of health system pain points: physician burnout, patient access challenges, and operational efficiency gaps. • Build a robust understanding of how AI diagnostics can solve real problems for health systems. • Collaborate with sales leadership to refine messaging and targeting strategies. • Maintain accurate records and pipeline forecasting in our CRM (HubSpot).
