Ripple - Open Role — Business Recruiter (12-Month Contract)

• 5+ years proven experience in recruiting, at least a few years in Business Recruiting • A blend of agency and in-house startup experience is preferred • Strong sourcing skills with a proven track of turning passive candidates into hires • Experience using niche channels to source candidates, diversity and inclusion events, etc. • Self-starter who enjoys fast-paced collaborative environment, great organization skills • Experience using the tools of the trade: ATS systems (we use Greenhouse), LinkedIn, using social media, Gem, Github, other sourcing tools, etc. • Ability to work “off” hours to support hiring managers, leaders and candidates across the globe. • Strong written and verbal communications skills • Bonus: Experience working and recruiting for a Fintech company • For positions that will be based in CA, the annual salary range for this position is below.
