Requirements

• You're a connector, someone who genuinely loves finding exceptional go-to-market talent and gets excited about the companies and missions they represent. You'll join Vesta's Talent team at a pivotal moment, owning recruiting across our sales, implementations, and customer success functions as we scale. Working directly with GTM leaders, you'll have a direct line of sight into Vesta's growth strategy and real ownership over how we build the teams driving it. • Experience recruiting in fintech, mortgage, or financial services • Familiarity with Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever or a comparable ATS
