Requirements
• We are seeking an experienced Clinical Recruiter to support hiring for clinical roles during a period of growth. This is a project-based independent contractor (1099) engagement focused on building qualified candidate pipelines. • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in clinical/healthcare, specifically with Nurse Practitioners and/or Physicians • 2+ years recruiting in a high-growth startup environment, ideally digital health or telemedicine • Strong understanding of clinical credentialing, multi-state licensure, and compliance requirements • Proven ability to source for niche licensed healthcare roles • Experience using AI within the recruiting process • Ability to independently manage multiple concurrent searches • Strong sourcing and screening skills, including passive candidate outreach • Experience with Lever or a comparable ATS • Compensation: $60–$80/hour, up to 35 hours per week • Culture: A mission-driven team of talented colleagues who are committed to living our values, collaborating closely, and driving meaningful impact in healthcare.
Responsibilities
• Partner with hiring stakeholders to clarify clinical requirements, licensure needs, priorities, and timelines. • Source candidates across job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, and healthcare associations. • Conduct targeted searches using ATS platforms, LinkedIn, and recruitment databases. • Build and maintain talent pools for current and future clinical staffing needs. • Screen candidates for clinical qualifications, licensure, credentials, and role fit.
