Responsibilities

• Sourcing & Pipeline Execution • Source candidates across prioritized channels • Maintain proactive outreach cadences • Build candidate pools ahead of immediate demand • Track sourcing effectiveness by channel • Candidate Screening & Signal Filtering • Conduct structured screening interviews • Assess alignment against defined role rubrics • Maintain clear candidate documentation • Interview Coordination & Progression • Schedule and manage interview stages • Ensure timely feedback collection • Reduce bottlenecks in hiring workflows • Maintain candidate momentum through the funnel
