IT Operations Engineer

• Provide high-quality end-user support across the organisation, acting as the primary point of contact for IT queries, troubleshooting, and issue resolution • Own employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including device provisioning, account setup, and access management across Google Workspace, Microsoft Entra ID, and other business applications (e.g. Atlassian) • Administer and maintain core infrastructure including network equipment (FortiGate firewalls, FortiSwitch, wireless access points), on-premise servers, and cloud services • Monitor system health, performance, and security, proactively identifying and resolving issues before they impact the business • Support the development and implementation of IT policies, procedures, and documentation to ensure consistency and compliance • Manage and maintain endpoint devices through MDM platforms, ensuring devices are secure, up-to-date, and compliant • Contribute to ITSM process improvements, helping to formalise service request handling, incident management, and change management workflows • AI is fundamental to our culture — it's not just a tool, but a core part of how we work, collaborate, and innovate.
