Requirements

• Required Experience, Qualifications, and Skills • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience) • 3–7+ years of experience in IAM or related security roles • Demonstrated experience designing and administering enterprise IAM solutions, focused on Okta • Experience supporting cross-functional teams spanning IT, Security, HR, and business units • Familiarity with cloud platforms, including GCP, AWS, or Azure • Okta, Google Auth, Jumpcloud, Auth0 • Identity governance and administration (IGA) • Privileged Access Management (PAM) • Familiarity with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure) • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills • Understanding of cybersecurity principles • Ability to work cross-functionally with IT, Security, HR, and business teams • Strong documentation and communication skills • Preferred Experience, Qualifications, and Skills • Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM)

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain IAM solutions (e.g., Okta, etc.) • Implement Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and federation services • Integrate applications with identity providers using SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect • Manage user lifecycle processes (joiner, mover, leaver) • Automate provisioning and deprovisioning workflows • Maintain role-based access control (RBAC) models • Conduct regular access reviews and certifications • Enforce least-privilege access principles • Support compliance initiatives (SOX, etc.) • Monitor and respond to identity-related security incidents • Maintain audit logs and documentation • Troubleshoot authentication and authorization issues • Provide Tier 2/3 support for IAM-related incidents • Develop and maintain IAM policies, standards, and procedures • Develop scripts and automation using Okta Workflows, PowerShell, Python, or similar languages to automate IAM workflows • Work with APIs for system integrations • Improve IAM operational efficiency through automation

Total compensation will vary based on geographic location and level.
