Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree and least 1 year of corporate work experience. • Prior recruiting coordinator experience is strongly preferred. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment - flexibility and agility are key to this role. • Self-starter with a growth mindset. • Experience scheduling with engineering is a plus. • PST, time zone Preferred
Responsibilities
• Schedule and coordinate a high volume of candidate interviews. • Communicate with candidates to provide updates and ensure a positive experience. • Maintain accurate data in our applicant tracking system (ATS) • Support the recruitment team with administrative tasks, logistics and ad-hoc projects

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Contract Recruiting Coordinator to support our growing talent team. In this role you will play a key part in managing the candidate experience and ensuring a fast yet smooth hiring process.
