Requirements
• ▪ Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Information Management, Engineering or related discipline. • ▪ Minimum of 8-10 years’ experience in document control within infrastructure, construction, energy or related sectors. • ▪ Experience in implementing or administering a Document Management System (e.g. Aconex, Procore, SharePoint, or similar). • ▪ Experience supporting multi-disciplinary project teams. • ▪ Experience working within structured quality or management systems. • ▪ Strong organisational and system-thinking capability. • ▪ Ability to evaluate and select digital platforms based on business needs. • ▪ High attention to detail and accuracy. • ▪ Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced project environment. • ▪ Clear written and verbal communication skills in English. • ▪ Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. • ▪ Ability to train and support users across different teams, proven ability to work in a team, self-motivated, with a collaborative and committed attitude. • ▪ Strong sense of accountability, integrity and confidentiality. • We appreciate your time in considering a career with Alcazar Energy.
