Evergreen Services Group - Controller - Remote (Eastern Time)

• 6 years of experience in accounting, with a strong understanding of financial statement preparation, multi-entity consolidation, and GAAP compliance • Experience in public accounting high preferred • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field • Proven ability to identify and address data anomalies, ensuring accuracy and consistency in financial reports • Strong communication skills with the ability to present financial insights to finance leaders • Experience leading or supporting financial audits and meeting tax requirements • Enthusiasm to continue to scale an organization • Energized by a high-growth environment and opportunity for increased responsibility • Comfortable with ambiguity • Ability to communicate complex information at varying levels of detail • Spirit of continuous improvement to implement new processes • The ideal candidate is an analytical, process-driven professional who thrives in entrepreneurial environments and isn't afraid to get into the details.
