Reddit - Senior Counsel, Regulatory Affairs

• Law degree (JD, LLB, LLM, etc.). You are locally licensed in a U.S. jurisdiction, and ideally you have legal experience in multiple jurisdictions. • 6+ years of legal experience at a top law firm and/or in house, with ideally 3+ years of in-house product counseling and/or regulatory experience. • Strong background advising on global platform compliance laws, like in data protection, content regulation, and child safety. • Demonstrated experience advising on regulatory readiness in a fast paced, product-forward environment. • Strong legal drafting and writing skills and a penchant for concise, plain English writing. • Experience responding to and partnering with regulators, particularly in Europe. • Experience collaborating and building relationships effectively across time zones and with cross-functional partners at all levels of the business. • Ability to assess risk strategically and help clients manage risk while achieving their goals. • Pay Transparency: • Pay Transparency: • This job posting may span more than one career level. • In addition to base salary, this job is eligible to receive equity in the form of restricted stock units, and depending on the position offered, it may also be eligible to receive a commission. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including, skills, depth of work experience and relevant licenses/credentials, and may vary from the amounts listed below. • The base salary range for this position is: • $230,000 - $322,000 USD • In select roles and locations, the interviews will be recorded, transcribed and summarized by artificial intelligence (AI).
