Requirements

• 3–10+ years of experience in Pharmaceutical Regulatory Affairs. • 3–10+ • Pharmaceutical Regulatory Affairs • Direct involvement in MLR/PRC review processes as a Regulatory contributor or decision-maker. • Strong understanding of promotional regulations, labeling, and regulatory risk assessment. • Ability to make clear, defensible regulatory judgment calls. • Fluency in English. • Reliable access to a computer and high-speed internet. • Experience reviewing digital, omnichannel, or AI-enabled promotional content. • Familiarity with Voice AI, chat-based agents, or automated engagement tools. • Experience in fast-moving, ambiguous regulatory environments. • Exposure to startup, digital health, or innovation-focused teams. • **Be aware of recruitment scams impersonating Hippocratic AI. Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate Hippocratic Healthcare Agent (HCA) voice interaction recordings. • Assess whether the HCA operates within applicable FDA regulatory frameworks for medical devices/AI systems interacting with patients. • Ensure that AI agents adhere to approved labeling, guidance documents, and any other relevant regulations specific to healthcare technology interactions in clinical settings. • Document structured feedback on the compliance of voice interaction models based on defined evaluation criteria such as patient safety, data privacy laws (HIPAA), informed consent processes, etc. • Make nuanced risk-based regulatory judgments regarding novel AI-driven engagement methods in healthcare settings and provide recommendations for improvements or changes to meet compliance standards.
