Requirements

• A recent graduate, or final-year student graduating soon, with a degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Built Environment or a related discipline. • For the Engineering pathway, a background in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Controls, Mechatronics or a related engineering discipline is preferred. • Strong interest in data centres, critical infrastructure, engineering, construction or project delivery. • Practical aptitude, intellectual curiosity and a willingness to learn quickly. • Good analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills. • Strong teamwork and communication skills. • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, site-based environment. • Good written and spoken English. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with Bluebeam, Microsoft Project or similar tools is advantageous. • Willingness to work primarily on project sites and travel within Singapore and occasionally across APAC where required.

Responsibilities

• Support project teams with technical coordination, documentation and reporting. • Participate in site inspections, meetings, testing activities and project walk-downs. • Assist with reviewing drawings, technical submissions, work packs, test plans and project records. • Help identify, track and resolve technical issues, defects and outstanding works. • Work closely with project managers, engineers, consultants, contractors and vendors. • Support safety, quality and operational-readiness requirements throughout the project lifecycle. • Take on increasing responsibility as your experience, skills and confidence develop.
