Responsibilities

• Build, hire and develop a global events team • Own the global events strategy and budget, making investment decisions grounded in ROI across brand, pipeline and direct revenue • Lead our presence at sponsored events and engineering events • Build and scale CodeRabbit's own hosted events • Determine the right event mix for each territory • Design the full experience around each event, including advertising around the venue, social events, and other activations • Own end-to-end program management and execution • Define success metrics for every event • Bring an entrepreneurial point of view
