Requirements

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a distributed SDR team across the UK and the US. • Create clear performance expectations, career paths, and development plans for team members. • Foster a high-trust, high-accountability culture in a fully remote environment. • Hire and onboard 2 to 3 US-based SDRs (to start), building a strong and diverse team. • Partner with Talent and Sales leadership to ensure consistent hiring quality. • Design an effective onboarding process that ramps reps quickly for long-term success. • Own the SDR pipeline motion, ensuring consistent, high-quality pipeline generation across regions. • Build and refine outbound processes, messaging, and cadences to improve conversion rates. • Continuously test, learn, and iterate on strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of sales efforts. • Define and track key SDR metrics related to activity, pipeline, and conversions for performance analysis. • Use data insights to diagnose performance gaps and drive continuous improvement in the team's operations.

This role pays a base salary between $85,000 and $115,000, 70/30 commission plan, and your actual base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience.
