Turing - Software Engineer

• 6–8 years of software engineering experience, ideally at scalable product companies. • Proven ownership: end-to-end delivery, production debugging, and mentoring more junior engineers. • Strong distributed systems and cloud engineering skills (AWS, GCP, or Azure). • Solid code quality, testing, and design practices. • A track record with measurable scale, reliability improvements, and architecture participation. • Strong cross-functional collaboration and clear communication. • A degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related engineering field is preferred but not required — we weight work outcomes most heavily. • Microservices / platform engineering experience. • AI/LLM platform integrations. • We are an equal-opportunity employer.
