CareDx, Inc. - Senior Integration Specialist
Requirements
• Education: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field with 7-10 years of experience in enterprise level information technology roles. Biotech, Pharma, Med Device, Life Science background preferred • Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience with designing, implementing, and managing data integration solutions across various platforms and data sources. • Proficiency with data integration tools, ETLs, and platforms (e.g., Celigo Informatica, Workato, Talend, MuleSoft) and database technologies (SQL, NoSQL). • Experience with ADP, NetSuite, Salesforce, LIMS, Concur, ServiceNow, etc. Systems integrations. • Hands-on experience with API management, web services, and middleware technologies. • Proficiency in SOAP, REST, and familiarity with GraphQL. • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and their data services. • Familiarity with data governance and data quality management practices. • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment. • Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. • Good to have: Python scripting • Additional Details: • Additional Details: • Every individual at CareDx has a direct impact on our collective mission to improve the lives of organ transplant patients worldwide. Responsibilities
• Technical lead in evaluation, selection and implementation of standard data integration tools and platforms across the enterprise. • Design, develop, and implement data integration processes across on-premise, cloud-based systems, and platforms as well as within and across organizational boundaries. • Collaborate with IT teams and business units to identify integration needs and define system specifications. • Manage the full lifecycle of data integration projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and maintenance. • Develop and maintain documentation for data integration processes, including data flow diagrams, architecture designs, and specifications. • Ensure data integrity and compliance with data governance, privacy, and security policies and regulations. • Troubleshoot and resolve data integration issues, providing timely and effective solutions. • Evaluate and recommend new tools, technologies, and practices to improve data integration efforts. • Stay current with industry trends and developments in data integration, data management, and related technologies. • Other duties as assigned.
