Requirements
• 7+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Operations, or a related role in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment • Proven ability to manage complex, hardware/software integrated programs from concept to deployment • Strong technical fluency to effectively partner with engineering teams and diagnose system-level issues • Experience working cross-functionally with operations, sales, and customer-facing teams • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present clearly to both executive leadership and external customers • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset • Experience building and improving processes, including leveraging tools to automate workflows • Willingness to travel up to 10% and engage in hands-on work when needed to ensure program success • Final compensation for full-time employees is determined by a variety of factors, including job-related qualifications, education, experience, skills, knowledge, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, full-time roles are eligible for stock options. Responsibilities
• Own the full lifecycle of camera deployment programs, from initial planning through installation and go-live • Develop and manage detailed program schedules, proactively identifying risks and driving mitigation strategies • Partner cross-functionally with Site Acquisition, Site Development, Field Operations, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure successful execution • Engage directly with customers to align on requirements, communicate progress, and ensure satisfaction • Define and optimize station coverage plans based on customer needs, geographic constraints, and operational considerations • Collaborate with hardware and software teams to troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and drive solutions • Build and maintain clear reporting for internal stakeholders (including executives) and external customers, ensuring transparency and accountability • Identify opportunities to streamline and automate workflows using tools and systems to improve operational efficiency • Roll up your sleeves when needed to support on-the-ground execution and unblock critical path issues
