Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in GTM-adjacent roles (Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, Solutions Engineering, GTM tooling, or similar) • Agentic engineering fluency: experience using coding agents like Claude Code, Cursor, or similar. You use these tools daily to write, test, and iterate on code, not just for autocomplete • Hands-on experience with Clay and GTM automation tools (n8n, trigger.dev, pipedream) with evidence of building bespoke workflows, not just using templates • Deep understanding of CRM concepts, including object models, data relationships, lifecycle stages, and how GTM data flows through a CRM • API and integration fundamentals (REST APIs, webhooks, authentication, and how to connect systems) • Demonstrated building portfolio: GitHub, shipped bespoke solutions, or technical work samples showing what you've actually created • AI/LLM building experience: RAG systems, context engineering, deployed agents built with code (not configured in platforms) • SQL proficiency (complex queries, CTEs, window functions for GTM data analysis) • Python scripting and data manipulation • Data warehouse experience (Snowflake, BigQuery, dbt, or similar) • Understanding of attribution models and GTM crediting • Experience working in healthcare industry, highly regulated environments, and/or complex B2B sales environment • Experience in a startup or high-growth, agile environment with shifting priorities • Salesforce expertise (Apex, AgentForce, Einstein) • We're serious about your well-being! Responsibilities

• Develop GTM strategies for Rula's partnerships to enhance their digital presence across various platforms including social media channels like Facebook, Instagram and Twitter as well as Google AdWords. This includes creating customized campaigns that align with the brand’s image while also driving traffic back to our website or portfolio. • Conduct thorough market research on target audiences for Rula's partnerships in order to understand their needs, preferences and behaviors which will inform GTM strategies development. This includes analyzing competitors' digital presence as well as industry trends that may impact the effectiveness of our campaigns. • Collaborate with creative teams such as copywriters, graphic designers or video producers to create engaging and visually appealing content for social media channels which aligns with Rula’s brand image while also resonating with target audiences' preferences. This includes creating compelling ad copies, visual assets (images, videos) as well as copywriting briefs that guide the creative process. • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using various metrics such as click-through rates, conversion rates or engagement levels to identify areas of improvement for future GTM strategies development. This includes setting up tracking codes on landing pages linked back to social media channels in order to measure traffic sources accurately while also identifying the most effective platforms for reaching target audiences based on data analysis results. • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices related to digital marketing, GTM strategies development or content creation by attending relevant webinars, workshops or conferences as well as reading up-to-date publications in the field of online advertising such as books, blogs or newsletters. This includes networking with industry professionals and sharing insights gained from these activities to continuously improve Rula's digital presence across various platforms while also staying ahead of competitors’ strategies development efforts. • Communicate effectively with internal teams (e.g., creative, sales) as well as external partners such as agencies or freelancers in order to ensure alignment on GTM objectives and deliverables for Rula's campaigns across various platforms while also maintaining a positive working relationship that fosters collaboration and innovation within the team environment at all times. This includes setting clear expectations, providing timely feedback as well as resolving conflicts or issues in an efficient manner when they arise during project execution phases to ensure smooth workflow continuity without disruptions affecting overall campaign performance outcomes negatively impacted by delays caused due lack of communication between team members working on different aspects related towards achieving common goals set forth within respective roles assigned based upon individual strengths & expertise levels present amongst involved parties participating actively engaged throughout entire duration spanning across complete project lifecycle phases ranging
