Valtech - Al Lead Developer
Requirements
• 1. Experience with AI workflows such as RAG, agent-based systems, LLM-driven integrations, and scalable AI pipelines • 2. Exposure to private or offline AI setups, including local LLM deployments • 3. Strong backend experience using Python with FastAPI for building AI services and APIs • 4. Frontend exposure using ReactJS / Next.js for AI-driven user interfaces • 5. Good understanding of PostgreSQL and object storage platforms such as Azure Blob Storage, Azure Data Lake, or MinIO • 6. Experience building KPIs, dashboards, and insights using SQL and Python • 7. Background in Retail, Digital, or large-scale enterprise platforms • 8. Responsibilities
• 1. Strong experience in frontend development using ReactJS and Next.jsSolid backend engineering skills in Python (FastAPI) with working knowledge of NodeJS or NestJS2. Hands-on experience with AI and LLM-based systems, including embeddings, intelligent analysis, and private or offline AI setups3. Experience with vector databases such as OpenSearch or Chroma for similarity search and RAG-based solutions4. Practical exposure to model evaluation, response accuracy tuning, and hallucination reduction techniques5. Strong understanding of data handling using PostgreSQL and object storage platforms such as Azure Blob Storage, Azure Data Lake, or MinIO for structured and unstructured data6. Ability to analyze data, build KPIs, and derive actionable insights using SQL and Python7. Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, security best practices, and enterprise-grade system design8. Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to translate complex technical solutions into measurable business value
