Requirements

• You have taken a brand from early stage through scaling and can show what you built. • You have run campaigns that made noise in a crowded category. • You set the bar and still do the work yourself, and you have built a creative team from scratch. • You have positioned a brand against much larger players. • You are self-directed, communicate simply, and hold an opinion under push-back. • PROBABLY NOT A FIT IF • You need a fixed role and structure. • You are too senior to do the work yourself. • Competing with big tech makes you uncomfortable. • You have worked for a challenger brand in B2C. • You are strong in video and motion, not only static design.
