Requirements
• 3-4 years of experience in a multi-client agency focused on brand management, creative strategy, or a similar role • Past experience creating compelling presentations using PowerPoint or Google Slides • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Experience in storytelling and creative conceptualization • A demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple, competing priorities • Strong analytical skills, such as experience with qualitative or quantitative market research, or campaign analytics • The ability to take initiative; motivated and self-starting • Strong attention to detail • Experience using AI and emerging technologies, where appropriate, to enhance efficiency, quality, and impact, while staying current on evolving capabilities and incorporating relevant innovations into day-to-day work • An understanding of project management best practices, such as project management software or project management paradigms • Past experience utilizing Excel or Google Sheets to track campaigns or creative projects • Demonstrated project management experience working with creatives or production agencies • Experience working on creative projects in complex, or highly regulated, industries like Technology, Financial Services, Energy, Healthcare, etc. • Experience working on content for complex stakeholder audiences like policymakers, investors, or media
Benefits
